The Mangum team is also uniquely qualified for remote access construction. We have extensive experience working on extremely challenging mountain tops from California to Maine. Mangum owns and operate specialized equipment geared for the challenges remote site construction presents. This includes helicopter operations for construction and personnel movement to and from site. We have capability’s to drill and install rock anchors, a mobile concrete batch plant, and lightweight equipment for sites inaccessible by standard methods.
All project team personnel have been vetted through a third party background screening agency as well as the DHS/CBP/OIT/TACCOM Program. This included Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII), Sensitive Security Information (SSI) & Other Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) areas.

POWER PLANT & BATTERY INSTALLATION
Installation of batteries, racks, and accessories to the highest quality standards. Coordination with other onsite resources to ensure timely project completion. Battery replacement and proper disposal with EPA accredited recycler. Acceptance Inspection and Testing of batteries (Necessary for the reliability and ultimate performance of your batteries). Provide all necessary site documentation (Battery Birth/Death Certificates, EMIS and Installation/Initialization testing) for warranty purposes.
FIBER
Installation of Single Mode (SM), Multi-Mode (MM) and Dark fiber. Pull, clean, prep, splice and test using certified Exfo equipment, OTDR, Scope and proper cleaning methods. In-House Techs are certified.
Perform all fiber optic operations, administration and maintenance of critical network infrastructure.
We have extensive experience in testing patch cords, trunking cables, and multi-count (single/multi-mode) fibers. All testing results provided to you, the customer based on actual test results from equipment.
Telecommunications Networking Related: fundamental knowledge of SONET and DWDM fiber optic networking equipment and alarm monitoring.

DAS
Installation, TI and DAS Testing – In-House DC and RF Technicians. Capable of full Head End room building and IDF / MDF equipment installation.
Mangum Civil Constructors DAS experience includes DAS system installations throughout the U.S.
Collectively, your project will be managed and built with a team which has accrued over 30 years of experience from infrastructure DAS build outs. Our range of proficiency includes initiation, development, and deployment of project plans for high profile DAS venues in stadiums, hotels, casinos, and educational facilities.

Weekly companywide safety meetings are held and daily “tailgate” meetings are conducted before the start of each work day or as tasks change. All employees are trained in first aid & CPR. In house tower rescue training performed by all climbers.
